Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cosmora website, products, checkout, customer support, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Throughout these Terms, "Cosmora", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Cosmora.

By accessing the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to any policies incorporated into them by reference, including our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Shipping Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

1. Eligibility and Use of the Services

By using the Services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement or that you are using the Services with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian where required.

You may not use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse access to the Services, reject transactions, or restrict use where reasonably necessary to protect Cosmora, our customers, our service providers, or third parties.

2. Products and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately.

However, product availability may change without notice, inventory information may not always update in real time, products may be fulfilled from different warehouses or fulfillment partners, and packaging, minor cosmetic details, or non-material product characteristics may vary between production batches.

We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, limit, or replace products or product configurations at any time.

We do not guarantee continued availability of any particular product, bundle, price, promotion, or offer.

3. Product Images and Representations

Product photographs, videos, GIFs, demonstrations, and other visual content are intended to provide a reasonable representation of the product.

Actual appearance may vary depending on factors including room lighting, ambient light, projection distance, surface texture and color, focus adjustment, device display settings, camera exposure, and viewing conditions.

Because Cosmora products create projected light effects, the perceived brightness, color, scale, sharpness, and atmosphere may differ from photographs or videos depending on the environment in which the product is used.

Minor differences that do not materially affect the product's intended function do not necessarily constitute a defect.

4. Prices and Promotions

Prices, discounts, promotions, bundles, and offers may change at any time before an order is placed.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout, promotions may be subject to availability, discounts may not be combined, and promotional offers may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.

If an obvious pricing, discount, technical, or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, cancel and refund an affected order rather than fulfill it at a clearly erroneous price.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that Cosmora has accepted the order.

An order may be subject to payment authorization, fraud or security checks, product availability, shipping availability, address verification, fulfillment availability, and technical or pricing-error review.

We reserve the right, where reasonably necessary, to decline, cancel, or limit an order.

Examples may include suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, inability to fulfill or ship the order, suspected resale or abusive purchasing activity, or violation of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has successfully been captured, the applicable amount will be refunded.

6. Order Limits

We may limit quantities purchased per person, household, payment method, email address, shipping address, or order.

We may also cancel or restrict orders that reasonably appear to be placed by resellers, exploit technical errors, abuse promotions, circumvent purchase limits, or involve fraudulent or suspicious activity.

7. Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when placing an order.

This includes accurate billing information, shipping information, email address, payment information, and other information reasonably required to process the transaction.

You are responsible for errors resulting from information that you provide incorrectly.

We may contact you where additional verification is reasonably necessary before processing or fulfilling an order.

8. Payments

Payments may be processed by Shopify and/or independent third-party payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you authorize the relevant provider to process the transaction.

Payment processing may be subject to authorization, anti-fraud controls, identity verification, payment-provider terms, and banking rules.

Cosmora does not control whether an independent payment provider or financial institution authorizes or declines a payment.

We reserve the right to delay fulfillment while a transaction is undergoing a reasonable payment or fraud review.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates and transit windows are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Cosmora may use third-party warehouses, fulfillment partners, postal services, and carriers.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs processing, weather, strikes, transportation interruptions, public holidays, local postal delays, force majeure events, or incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.

Our Shipping Policy contains additional rules concerning lost, stolen, refused, unclaimed, delayed, and incorrectly addressed shipments.

10. Returns, Refunds, and 30-Day Guarantee

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Our voluntary 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is subject to the eligibility and procedural requirements described in that policy.

A return request does not automatically create an unconditional right to an immediate refund.

Where appropriate, we may require prior authorization, order information, photographs or video, evidence relating to a defect or delivery issue, return of the product, or inspection of the returned item.

Any mandatory statutory consumer rights apply independently of our voluntary guarantee.

11. Fraud, Abuse, and Chargebacks

Cosmora may investigate transactions, claims, returns, refunds, chargebacks, and support requests where there is reasonable evidence of fraud or abuse.

Examples may include knowingly false claims, falsified evidence, false non-delivery claims, deliberate damage, repeated abusive refund requests, unauthorized payment activity, misuse of chargeback procedures, or manipulation of promotions or technical errors.

Where permitted by law, we may request additional verification, delay a refund or replacement while a claim is reviewed, reject fraudulent or abusive claims, restrict future purchases, and provide relevant transaction, tracking, fulfillment, and communication records to payment providers, banks, carriers, or dispute-resolution services.

Nothing in this section limits legitimate disputes or mandatory consumer protections.

12. Accuracy of Website Information

We try to keep the Services accurate and current, but information may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, pricing errors, incorrect availability, or technical errors.

We may correct or update information at any time.

Where an error materially affects an order already placed, we may contact the customer, correct the issue, or cancel and refund the affected order where appropriate.

13. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on or link to independent third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers, fulfillment providers, analytics providers, customer-support tools, marketing platforms, and other technology providers.

We do not control independent third-party services.

Their services may be subject to separate terms, privacy policies, availability, and operating conditions.

To the extent permitted by law, Cosmora is not responsible for independent third-party acts, omissions, outages, or content outside our reasonable control.

14. Optional Third-Party Tools

We may provide access to tools or functionality supplied by third parties.

Such tools may be provided "as available" and may change, become unavailable, or be subject to the provider's own terms.

Use of optional third-party tools is at your discretion and may require acceptance of separate third-party terms.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Services and their contents, including branding, graphics, logos, text, website design, photographs, product presentation, and original content, are owned by or licensed to Cosmora.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

You may not, without authorization, reproduce substantial portions of the website, copy or misuse Cosmora branding, republish proprietary content, scrape the Services for unauthorized commercial purposes, or falsely represent an affiliation with Cosmora.

Rights belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

16. User Communications and Submitted Content

If you send us content in connection with support, returns, claims, reviews, feedback, or other communications, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content.

We may use information and evidence submitted in connection with an order where reasonably necessary to provide support, investigate a claim, process a refund or return, resolve a payment dispute, prevent fraud, or establish or defend legal claims.

We will process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

17. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services to violate applicable laws, commit fraud, infringe intellectual-property rights, transmit malicious software, interfere with the security or operation of the Services, scrape or harvest information unlawfully, impersonate another person, submit knowingly false claims, abuse promotional programs, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other customers' use of the Services.

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

18. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, continuously available, or free from temporary technical issues.

We may suspend, modify, maintain, or discontinue portions of the Services without liability where reasonably necessary.

This does not affect obligations relating to valid orders already accepted.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as available" basis.

Except for express commitments made by Cosmora, our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, and mandatory warranties or consumer protections imposed by law, we do not make additional warranties that cannot reasonably be inferred from the product description.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or guarantees that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cosmora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or purely economic losses arising from use of the Services or products where such liability may lawfully be excluded.

This may include loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, anticipated savings, data, or goodwill.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, Cosmora's aggregate liability relating to a specific purchase will generally not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law, including where applicable liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of the Services, infringement of third-party rights, fraudulent activity, or material breach of these Terms.

This provision does not make consumers responsible for losses caused by Cosmora's own unlawful conduct.

22. Force Majeure

Cosmora will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform obligations where caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These may include natural disasters, extreme weather, war or civil unrest, strikes, transportation disruption, carrier failure, customs disruption, governmental action, epidemics or pandemics, major infrastructure failure, telecommunications or internet outages, payment-network disruption, or platform outages.

Where such circumstances occur, we may reasonably extend performance times, change fulfillment methods, or offer an appropriate alternative resolution.

23. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary because of violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive conduct, security threats, or unlawful use.

Termination does not remove payment obligations or rights and liabilities that arose before termination.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

25. No Waiver

If Cosmora does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we permanently waive the right to enforce it later.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and any additional terms expressly presented during checkout form the agreement governing use of the Services and purchases from Cosmora.

27. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without excluding any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to customers under the laws of their country of residence.

Nothing in this section deprives consumers of mandatory rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived by contract.

28. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational changes, new services, changes in our business, legal developments, or changes to technology or service providers.

The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

Changes will not retroactively remove rights that have already arisen under applicable law.
