Under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be returned complete — the Cosmora projector with its built-in USB cable, the slide box (12 or 24 slides) and the user manual — undamaged and in its box. You're welcome to open and try it; that's what the return window is for.

To start a return, email hello@getcosmora.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is approved, we'll send you instructions and the return address. Returns sent without contacting us first can't be processed.

Return Shipping

If you've changed your mind, return shipping is paid by you and isn't refunded. Please use a tracked service: we can't refund parcels that never reach us.

Damaged, Faulty or Wrong Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or short video of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you, and in some cases we won't need the item back.

Not Eligible for a Full Refund

• Items returned incomplete, damaged, or with more than normal use.
• Return requests made after the 30-day window.
• Parcels refused at delivery or left uncollected without contacting us first. Return-to-sender costs are deducted from any refund.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may need a few more days to show it.

Cancellations

Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to cancel. Cancellation is only guaranteed before your order enters fulfillment.

Customers in the EU/EEA also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and a legal guarantee for faulty goods. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
